We are looking for building land and expected development land for logistics companies in northern and central Germany. A motorway should be directly accessible without having to cross residential areas. In addition, it should be permitted to build up to a height of 10 meters.

In particular, we are looking for suitable building plots in the following cities:

• Hamburg
• Hannover
• Braunschweig
• Wolfsburg
• Magdeburg
• Kassel/Göttingen
• Halle/Leipzig

Sites at motorway junctions between these cities will also be examined.
