The JUNiCKE Group has been investing in real estate since 1954 with a focus on corporate and logistics properties, including sale and lease back transactions.
We invest in properties from 5,000 m² of rental space and 8,000 m² of land. Our current focus is on various cities and metropolitan regions in northern and central Germany.
